Don't wait until you can see the damage
Your roof keeps rain, snow, debris and wind out of your house, so it has to be in good condition. If you wait until there is something to see, such as a leak, torn shingles or water damage, the harm inside the house can already be substantial.
We repair roofs and replace them. We'd rather you never needed the big repair, so we encourage regular maintenance, and we know a busy schedule doesn't always leave room for it.
Have it inspected once a year
We recommend having your roof inspected at least once a year by an experienced roofing contractor. The best times are in the fall, just before the harsh winter weather sets in, and after a severe storm, to check for storm damage.
Taking care of minor repairs as they come up avoids the bigger damage that costs far more in the long run.
