Chimney flashing repairs & new flashing

When was the last time you thought about the flashing around your chimney? It is what seals the chimney to the roof.

How to tell your flashing needs attention

  • A roof leak, or flashing that looks damaged
  • Damage to an inside wall or ceiling
  • Water damage outside after rain
  • Mold, rust or corrosion
  • Flashing that is missing

If any of these describes your house, the flashing needs repairing or replacing.

Repair and installation

We repair roof and chimney flashing and we install new flashing. We look after the roof itself, and drainage and storm water as well.

Flashing that is properly repaired or installed improves the look of your home, protects it, and makes the roof and chimney perform as they should.

Where it sits

Chimney flashing is at the base of the chimney. It makes a tight seal between the chimney and the roofing around it. It has to be installed properly, and it should be inspected regularly, because it is what keeps the leaks out.
